Crystal Greene

Crystal (she/her) is an Anishinaabe and Swampy Cree journalist from Winnipeg with roots in northern Manitoba and Shoal Lake, the source of Winnipeg's drinking water. She recently moved home to Winnipeg after living in Mi'kmak'i for five years, where her child was born and where she graduated with a post baccalaureate journalism degree from the University of King's College in Kjipuktuk/Halifax. She is currently the BIPOC Investigating Canada fellow at Ricochet Media, IndigiNews, and Pivot Media.
