Erica Commanda

Born in Toronto to an Algonquin mother and Ojibwe father, Erica Commanda grew up on the Algonquins of Pikwakanagan community located in Golden Lake, Ontario. Erica is enrolled in the journalism program at George Brown College in Toronto, and continues to perfect her craft as a freelance writer at MUSKRAT Magazine and Ricochet.?
