Cecil Rosner is a Winnipeg-based journalist and writer. He has more than 40 years experience in print and broadcast media, concentrating for much of that time on investigative journalism. He is currently an adjunct professor at the University of Winnipeg. His most recent book is Manipulating the Message: How Powerful Forces Shape the News.
